If you have something valuable to sell, where will you make more money out of it: an online auction or a real one? I'm thinking online, but just wanted to see what others thing.

What’s the best way of going about finding out if something offered on the internet is legit and not a scam? I’m not talking about spam emails, or anything obviously just being out to trick people. What when the website in question actually looks professional and as if they offer a good service? How can you find out?

I know that in order to get a good search engine page rank the last thing you will want to do is join some dodgy link farm website. However, does the same apply for websites such as Reddit, Digg and StumbleUpon? Do search engines look upon them in the same light?

Hey. Can someone please post a list of UK job search engines. Would be glad to see what alternatives to monster.co.uk, etc are available out there. Thanks!

Just curious because my rejection rate on Fotolia is quite high. What are the quality controllers looking for? Is there something in particular that I should be looking out for? What do I need to be focusing on?

Seriously, I uploaded 16 quality pictures the other day, and they rejected 13 of them. And then 24 hours later they rejected another one so I was left with 2. And those two (in my opionion) were not even the best two. Who judges these photos?

Hey. I have had a few Photos on fotolia for quite some time now, but no sails. How many pictures can you actually expect to sell via their network? Or rather how many do you need to have on there to make some reasonable money?

How effecitve as a traffic generating tool are those videos on youtube where someone puts up their own link at the end of the clip? Does anyone ever type in the website and actually visit it?
